1. Membership
Access to Aiai ("the Community") is granted through membership. Membership is subject to application review and approval. Aiai reserves the right to accept or decline membership applications at its sole discretion.
2. Use of Spaces
Members with office access are permitted to use the designated workspaces in Lisbon and Porto during operational hours. Members must respect the facilities, equipment, and other members while using the spaces.
3. Code of Conduct
All members must adhere to the Community Code of Conduct, which promotes respectful, inclusive, and professional behavior. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in membership termination.
4. Confidentiality
Members are expected to respect the confidentiality of discussions, projects, and information shared within the Community. Confidential information should not be disclosed without explicit permission.
5. Intellectual Property
Each member retains ownership of their intellectual property. Participation in Community activities does not transfer intellectual property rights unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
6. Payment Terms
Membership fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable. Members are responsible for ensuring their payment information is current. Failure to pay membership fees may result in suspension or termination of membership.
7. Termination
Aiai reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership for violation of these terms, the Code of Conduct, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by management. Members may cancel their membership with 30 days' notice.
8. Liability
Aiai is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Members use the facilities at their own risk and are responsible for their personal safety and the security of their belongings.
9. Guests
Members may bring guests to the spaces according to the guest policy. Members are responsible for their guests and must ensure they adhere to these terms and the Code of Conduct.
10. Amendments
Aiai reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to members through email and/or posted in the Community spaces. Continued use of membership after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
